In Switzerland, ultrafast science has reached a critical mass of individual research efforts, spread out over various universities and research centers. In almost all key technologies and in theoretical modeling, Swiss research groups are among the leaders in the field and represent a very complementary set of experimental and theoretical teams. EVALUATION & SELECTION

The expert selection of the IFP-MUST program will be in agreement with the “Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers”. This code of conduct puts the emphasis on a wide range of selection practices, which should be used in order to assure the independence and fairness of the selection process. In particular committee will be chosen in order to be well balanced with respect to gender. The committee will be constituted by eight internal (from within the MUST network institutions) and two external experts.
